Welcome to Podly. By booking or using our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Studio Usage

• The studio is available strictly for podcasting, video recording, interviews, and content creation.
• You must use the space responsibly and ensure no damage is caused.
• Illegal or harmful activities are prohibited.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are billed at ₹999 per hour.
• Full payment is required before or at the time of the session.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

No Cancellations

No Rescheduling

No Refunds

Once a slot is booked and paid for, it is final.

4. Branding & Customization

• You may use your own branding inside the studio.
• No permanent alterations to the studio are allowed.
• Temporary branding must be removed after the session.

5. Equipment & Damage

• Handle all equipment with care.
• Damage due to negligence will be charged.
• If equipment fails technically, Podly may reschedule at no cost.

6. Timing & Overtime

• Your session starts and ends at the booked time.
• Overtime will be charged extra, based on availability.

7. Recording & Data

• You are responsible for your files and backups.
• Podly is not liable for lost or corrupted data.

8. Behaviour

• Maintain respectful behaviour.
• Disruptive actions may lead to session termination without refund.

9. Safety & Security

• CCTV is active in common areas.
• Podly is not responsible for lost belongings.

10. Location Access

• Access is allowed only during booked hours.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• Podly may refuse service if policies are violated.
• No refund will be provided in such cases.

12. Updates

These terms may be updated anytime. Continued usage means acceptance.
